What to Include
You may include the learner’s age or post-secondary level, the subject or course area, whether online or in-person tutoring is preferred, broad availability and a short description of the academic goal.
What Not to Send Yet
Please do not email diagnoses, medical history, school records, individual program plans, psychoeducational assessments, identification documents or other sensitive files. If the service is a potential fit, the approved intake and consent process will explain what is actually needed.
