Please do not send diagnoses, medical history, school records, individual program plans, psychoeducational assessments, identification documents, or other sensitive information through the website form or by email unless we specifically request it through an approved process.
How We Use Information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether our tutoring service may be a suitable fit, discuss availability and next steps, arrange tutoring where appropriate, and administer our services. We do not sell personal information.

Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to provide or administer the service, when you have asked us to do so, or when required by law. Website, form, email, and storage providers may process information on our behalf to operate these services.

Children and Youth
For a learner who is a minor, a parent or legal guardian should make the initial enquiry or be included in the communication, unless another arrangement is appropriate and agreed upon.
