Beyond Potential plans to offer in-person tutoring at approved, transit-accessible third-party locations in Southwest Calgary when the location, learner fit, availability and operating requirements have been confirmed.
The founding service does not include in-home tutoring or a permanent Beyond Potential storefront.
How Locations Are Chosen
An in-person location must be suitable for the actual tutoring session.

- Booking availability
- The learner’s needs
- The type of academic work
A public place is not automatically an approved tutoring location simply because tables or meeting rooms are available.
Location Confirmation Comes Before the Session
Beyond Potential will not advertise or promise a specific library, university or other third-party location until the relevant permission and operating conditions are confirmed.
Once a suitable location is approved, the session details will be confirmed directly with the client.
Online Can Remain an Alternative
Review tutoring services, how tutoring works, or tutoring pricing.
If travel, weather, accessibility or another practical issue affects an in-person session, an online alternative may be considered by mutual agreement when appropriate.
Changing modality is a practical fit decision. It should not be treated as evidence that a learner is progressing or regressing.
